Policies

Ultimate Dance Company's classes run from the beginning of September to the end of June. Classes are progressive, so students are encouraged to complete the dance year. All post-dated cheques are due at the time of registration; registrations will not be accepted unless all cheques are received. A $25 registration fee is due at the time of registration.  All students are required to pay a registration fee.  Students wishing to withdraw from any programs must issue a 30-day notice in writing to the studio; no withdrawals will be accepted after February 1st. Students are required to wear the dance attire outlined in the studio brochure.  No jewellery or watches are to be worn to class.

Competition Students
Ultimate Dance Company views dance as a team sport; therefore it is integral that each student attend every performance and competition. It is discouraging to the entire group when individuals are absent. Students are notified early in the year of competition dates, and are expected to make their participation a priority. Students who do not attend performances and competitions without notice will be asked to withdraw from the competitive program. Attendance is mandatory at the competitive level. No refunds will be given.

Dress Code
All clothing worn in class must allow the instructor to clearly view the dancer's body. Dancers must purchase and wear the attire outlined in the Ultimate Dance Company brochure.  Ultimate Dance Company's listed attire requirements are available at Bodythings in Avenida.  Adults may wear clothing that is comfortable for them to dance in; however, appropriate dance shoes are mandatory.

Bodythings is located at the following address:
