Registration

• A $50.00 + GST registration fee per dancer is required at the time of registration

• Registration fee and June 2027 tuition are processed at the time of enrollment and are non-refundable once processed. No exceptions
 

Payment & Tuition

• Tuition is processed automatically on the 1st of each month from September through May

• Tuition is structured over a 10-month dance season (September through June), with consistent monthly payments

• Fees are not prorated

• A $40.00 fee will be applied to any declined or returned payments

• Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, and Visa Debit

• All fees are subject to GST
 

Enrollment & Cancellations

• Once classes have commenced, one month written notice is required to cancel enrollment in any recreational program. Registration fees and June tuition are non-refundable once processed. No exceptions

• A $50.00 + GST administration fee will be applied to process cancellations

• Cancellations are accepted until January 31 of the dance season

• After this date, all remaining tuition fees through June are the responsibility of the family

• Enrollment in a program ​is intended as a commitment to the full dance season

• Class changes may be accommodated based on availability and require approval through the office
 

Program Information

• Tuition includes weekly class instruction only

• Costumes, recital tickets, and additional programming are not included

• Recreational costume fees are processed on February 1

• All dancers participate in the annual year-end recital, “Showcase of Stars,” held at the end of the season
 

Attendance & Communication

• Please notify the studio if your dancer will be absent

• As classes build on skills each week, consistent attendance is encouraged

• Make-up classes are not offered and refunds are not issued for missed classes

• Families are responsible for ensuring all contact information is current

• Monthly newsletters are distributed at the beginning of each month and contain important studio updates
 

Studio Policies

• Class schedules may be adjusted as needed throughout the season

• Ultimate Dance Company reserves the right to cancel or combine classes due to insufficient enrollment

• In the event of class cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, notification will be sent via email

• Missed classes will not be rescheduled

• If an instructor is unavailable, a qualified substitute teacher will be provided to ensure classes continue as scheduled
 

Agreement

By completing registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the Ultimate Dance Company Participation Agreement & Policies for the 2026–2027 dance season.
